Toxicity not punishable?

I asked this question in a different manner months ago. Almost a year+. Why isn't toxicity being punished? Even better, why isn't Riot's new chat bot taking care of toxicity in chat?

The acronym "k.y.s" is bannable, so why isn't everything else? "slavery was great", "Hitler did nothing wrong" esq types of comments. I realize Riot is quite busy nowadays getting the thicc from China but come on. It can't take more than day or two of work to fix a anti-chat bot. People can already be banned for using words in any context imaginable. Just literally mark off every toxic word there is and instantly punish people who use a marked word like the acronym "k.y.s".

The amount of lazy I keep seeing from Riot's end outshines my own ability to procrastinate. Maybe stop playing the game for a second to actually perform some work yes?

Just literally mark off every toxic word there is and instantly punish people who use a marked word like the acronym "k.y.s".

Your examples;

"slavery was great", "Hitler did nothing wrong"

Those are not words. Those are phrases.

The word "slavery" is not a toxic word. Even the name "Hitler" is not a toxic name. Plus, those phrases are bad in a different way than "kys". "kys" is directly targeting someone in the chat and telling them to kill themselves. Those two phrases show support toward (offensive) ideologies.

As far as trying to automatically detect specific phrases and banning for them, it's not likely to happen unless those phrases are common. Let's say riot detects and bans "Hitler did nothing wrong". It will still miss, "Hitler did a great job" or "Hitler was right".

P.S.

And honestly, "slavery was great" and "Hitler did nothing wrong" is sheer stupidity (if they actually believe it). It's far more likely they're just saying it to meme more often than not because of the sheer cartoon-ish ridiculousness of it. If they go on to spout racist thoughts and ideas, yeah, they deserve to have the hammer fall on them.

Maybe because your “rules” don’t jive with what riot and the rest of the players agree on.
