[BUG] TFT units not attacking.

For reasons undisclosed to the public. TFT units will sometimes not engage in battle at all. This has occurred on both ranged characters(Ashe, Varus etc) and Melee characters(Garen, Warwick etc). They will simply stand still and do nothing. Regardless of range.
