I got banned for 2 weeks a few months back. I have some questions.

2-3 months ago I got a 2 week ban for arguing with my team mates in 2 games. I got x9 reported because I intentionally made it so that we lost those 2 games so everyone reported me. I have never been banned before this, and even though my team mates were non stop harassing me I know what I did wasn't right. I should always try my best to win. And I've made huge strides in becoming a neutral to positive voice in every game. I've probably played close to 100 games since then, and I have only had maybe 2 instances where I semi lost my cool. 1 game I was in a 3 man premade with friends I've known for years we were in a call but I couldn't talk so I was typing. I'm pretty sure I didn't get reported this game either unless our 2 randoms reported me. But I did tell one of my friends to "f off" a few times in chat. But it wasn't serious, my friends were just picking on me for losing a lane in voice. And I wanted to be apart of the conversation. So I doubt I was reported that game, unless our random thought i was a serious rager for no reason or something xD. And my 2nd game i was negative in i had a vayne who was 1/15. This is no excuse, I know. And I apologized after the game. But my top laner asked her what we could do to help her stop feeding (he asked very nice like.) and I took the opportunity to say the only way this vayne does better is if someone else starts playing on her account. She said nothing, and I didn't continue to berate her either even though I was like 10/0. So in close to probably 100 games I've said F u to my friends about 6 times in 1 game, and then I was a jerk to a vayne who was probably trying very hard to not lose but was having a bad game. Every other game I've played has started with Hello, have a nice game. And ended with thank you very much for the game. Win or lose.

So my question is, how long do I have to play or how many games does it usually take to get my account back in good standing? I've had this account since almost beta and the 2 week ban changed how I act in games considerably. I don't think i ever said anything that was excessively ban worthy, but I would participate in petty arguments. For close to 3 months I've avoided these scenarios and I've tried to be polite and helpful (besides the 2 games I mentioned.) in all of my games. At worst I would just not type at all. I feel like I've done enough to prove I'm no longer a problem causer, but having bad standing flashed in my face nearly every game I play makes me wonder what I could do more to get back into good standing.
