I just had a game where an urgot raged at me and told me "ur a troll ur bad go play bots" and said he reported me... I didn't play especially well and I made a bad play where I tried to base race at the end thinking my team could hold the enemy along with other bad plays but... thats not trolling is it?

I barely said anything all game except for something like "it was your fault I pinged you to leave" to the jungler who took a fight i didn't wana engage in

You can't get punished for false reports (though the system may, uncommonly, get a false positive, which should be solved if you submit a ticket appealing your punishment)

However, it sounds like that Urgot could have been punished for his behavior in that game if you reported him.
