Step 2. Remove Enter key from keyboard.
Now you will never be chat restricted or banned for toxic chat

Tip: If you feel like ranting or belittling people, instead type the opposite! It's what I do in all chat.
/all: Good fight /all: Nice gank /all: Well done rival team
Ends up making enemy team like you, telling you nice things in chat, and suddenly you forgot as to why you got mad in the first place. This applies to your own ally team as well, and trust me... even if they've screwed up or you're enraged- just rant loudly to yourself but don't type it in because it'll only make everyone have a bad time.

Step 1 should've been :Mute before hitting 3min into the game. Step 2: Identify who could troll Step 3: Mute them after 7min to see if they troll slightly less than half the game you want to play with them. Step 4: Pinging is the only way they can bother you, so begin to ignore them cause Riot doesn't mute pings. Step 5: Pretend X Lane doesn't exist, and take the CS if X player(muted) follows you to troll you. Step 6: /ff @ 20 and report. Chances are the chat is littered with profanity from X player, and they'll be banned. Step 7: ?? Step 8: Success!

I enjoy my freedom of speech, and nothing this game or Riot does to me or the account I don't even own bothers me enough to forfeit my right to free speech.
My guide to never getting a chat restriction/ban: Step 1: Flame/rage at your team for every little thing for one game. Make them cry like the sensitive babies they are. Intentionally bait them into flaming you. Report them at the end of the game. Step 2: Play several normal games where you do not say anything or act out in any way.
Repeat Step 1 and 2 as many times as you want, because the tried and true rito system won't catch you if you're a smart troll.
Wow, i tried this in game and it really helped! after the game i didn't get an EARful from riot, indeed i had nothing to be fEARful of, and then when i was trying to communicate i realized that it didn't matter, they opperating with COUNTER-LOGIC and that if they had a brain they'd listen to pings and not make the COUNTER-LOGICal choice
