getting really tired of this. first a game where exhaust had no effect vs dmg. now a game where a 0 2 xin 3 shots me under tower lvl 4 and noct had a 4+ second fear that was not reduced with mercs..... wtf is going on today?

You losing does not equal hacking.
To discuss your last post -- Olaf's ultimate movement speed bonus only applies when moving TOWARDS champion and not AWAY from champions. Annie also a Luden's which increases movespeed by 10% while your PD only increases by 5%.
Your lack of game knowledge does not mean everyone is somehow hacking.
Replays and include item builds.
With the replay system now implemented in league why don't you post some of these hackers in action. Right now it's just your word against theirs. The type of hacking you are describing is near impossible and if someone is able to do it I doubt they would do it to troll bronze 5 games, they'd do it to steal things like credit card information.
I honestly would love to see these hackers in action because I've never encountered a hacker in bronze or any other elo (and I own every champ and have thousands of games played.)
Go into the client, go to your match history, download the replay, and record the area where people were hacking. Then please post the recording here. Until you do that no one will ever take you seriously.
