So I sent in a ticket and I am basically told
"lol sucks bro change your security to make sure it doesn't happen again but the restriction will still be on your account"
Thanks Riot, top customer service I experienced. Might as well fire all your "Player Behavior Specialist" staff if this is the type of response people get.
I thought you guys actually go into the chat histories and..I don't know..analyze their behaviour..?
If the account was being negative in games your still going to be held responsible as the account owner and is why Riot won't remove the restrictions.

nobody knows my account name, not even real life friends who play league. It would be essentially impossible for it to be hacked.
did you go on a scam website to get free rp and enter your account info? Or did you give your login credentials to a booster?
Riot has always held the account owner responsible for any and all actions taken place on the account. If your account was hacked, and it was without your knowledge I would recommend you changing your password, and do not use a password that can be linked to you from another website/game.
If you did not use a password from another website, and you didn't willingly give out the information I would suggest running a scan for malware. I can not see how your account would be hacked without the information given out, a malware on your computer, or your password/username was beyond easy to guess.
Get Zemana Anti-Keylogger. It will help prevent you from keyloggers if you somehow happen to have one on your computer.
A keylogger is a script that you download unknowingly that will monitor and record every single letter and word you type, then that gets sent to the hackers email.
With Zemana, it encrypts what you type into jumbled letters and stuff, so if somehow you accidentally downloaded one of the keyloggers, you can have prevention.
Also.... in addition to what i said, I highly suggest for any game never try to get a gold cheat, or in this case, a IP or LP cheat or whatever the hell you may have been trying to do. Usually that's server sided.
