If you look at some of the brilliant posts that get downvoted you will understand why LoL is so damn toxic. It is literally overrun with disrespectful kids at this point. It used to be a decent game but now popularity has destroyed it on so many levels. There are trolls in almost every level of play. Rito you better get your shit together because your policies are only making people troll harder. I cant get a word in edgewise.

Which part of it is not warranted? You come off as biased because clearly your title and the first sentence of your post indicates exactly as such. You come off as negative because you literally call 95% of everybody here as trolls right from the beginning purely because of your opinion and you've kept on hammering that point throughout the entire post. Your OP achieved nothing, whatsoever, and it serves as a hunting-ground for the actual trolls and give more reasons for people to be dismissive towards you.

All 3 of those points are correct.

First of all, that's a threat, and it's no good.

Secondly, I don't think Riot recruits players as their employees, as in, they never actively look for hirings among the players. There are ideas in the game that were originally from the community. There are a couple instances where players are really recruited (the splash artist for the new Spellthief Lux being one afaik). But they are both very rare, especially the latter. So I won't be betting too much chances on that if I were you. Players at most become forum mods and other esteemed posters with I think certain presence on the forum, they are associated with but not directly employed by Riot I don't think, and that's really about it.

Maybe if you actually specified the kind of content you had issues with, you'd be received with more consideration and fewer downvotes.

A well reasoned and thought out post would look at their policies, cite them, examine why they fail, and try to offer a better solution.

How about having new accounts in ranked start placements in bronze 5 and work up, with wins and if you get 10 wins be placed in gold. But instead I have these newbs in my mid silver games, that haven't won a single game and feeds more than a local soup kitchen.....That's the first thing, have them earn elo during placements.

Starting them bronze 5 is WAY below average. And would only serve to screw up more games than it would help.

So what, new players aren't close to as good as average lol players....LOL is a fairly complex game in order to be good and you need experience. There is no other aspect of life where people get put into an average salary or job or situation, without experience. Getting to level 30 is like going to boot camp......no one from bootcamp becomes a seargent right off the bat, just because the average rank in the military is a seargent......that's ludicrous...... they should start at Iron 4....if they are good, they will easily carry out of that.....I love to play in Iron 4, for those 30+ kill games........and I'm mid-High silver.....so if I can get 30 + kills and singlehandedly win games in Iron 4, than a noob at my level could do that....but I have a lot more experience with the game and matchups than a noob...which is why few of them are remotely close to mid silver skill....most are iron level....and we want them out of our silver games, unless they prove it in provisional they can play and not go 1-13 in laning phase.

I think how you describe it is how the system works. If you go 10-0 you can get into gold on your first go at ranked.

I think your experience may be coming from someone who purchased their account and got like 0 wins in the new ranked season and then got placed in a higher bracket because of a previous season's influence on placement in the current season.

Being downvoted isn't bullying, it's how the community shows what they like and dislike in a simple visual manner. What isn't allowed, however, is insulting everyone that disagrees with you.

Please be respectful in your interactions with the other people. As I said, you aren't being downvoted strictly for your topic, you're being downvoted because of your constant insulting of everyone.

I personally have to disagree with this statement, as I feel toxic players are in the minority.
