What to do about troll queue?

Well, the title pretty much says it all. In the past few games, I've gotten more trollerinos in queue than anyone can even imagine. What does that mean? It mean all the people who troll picks champions and roles in game queue. So does anyone have suggestions about what I should do? One can only take so much of this ridiculous occurrences. Experience just went from a good game, to ok game, and to I don't even want to play anymore because of this matchmaking. Three games in a row, constant troll picks. First and Second game, I'm like "Alright stuff like this happens once in a while;" but Third game, I'm up to "What the hell is this matchmaking? What am I suppose to do about this? Am I suppose to just eat it up and say nothing about it or dodge queue and risk penalty???" And worst of all, once I type a single thing: "mfw stupid troll team," (something along those lines) they have the audacity to respond with some stupid comments. So "League Of Legends [Community]" please tell me what or how this should be dealt with. I'm sure Rioters won't do anything about it neither would tribunal 'cause they don't recognize the negative experiences they make for other players unless they're considered "jerks." I know y'all trolls out there who read this will have something to say, and so by all means throw it down as replies. You know you you are, I won't need to point you out.
