Jungler ettique/lane behavior question.
As a jungler, I was called to mid lane quite early game because it was often 2-1. He probably called me 4 times in the first ten minutes.
While helping mid lane, there were not only the two enemy champions, but a lot of minions. My mid teammate was hanging back and trying to pick off the minions. He wouldn't go near them unless I was there when it was 2-1.
I started scaring away the enemy champions and picking off minions as well.
My mid lane guy threw a fit saying I was stealing his cs and experience.
Here's my issue. I have no problem helping out, and if you're battling it out with them and holding your own, fine. But if you hang back and just want me to be a target while you farm, that's bull. Also, I'm giving up my gold and experience by helping you out. I was taking maybe 1 out of 4 of the minions. When he complained, he had 41 minions and I had something like 22 which included my jungle and helping out bottom as well.
What's standard behavior in this situation?
