Quicker way to the Tribunal

Is there any way to ban someone instead of waiting a thousand years for Riot to take action? I've recently got into a ranked game and were doing pretty well, had a slight advantage. And suddenly, for no reason at all, our Zed starts to say he'll throw the game because of Diana despite her doing absolutely nothing to incite the response. On one occasion, he was top with enemy Mundo and I went to fight him only for Zed to laugh taunt and wait for me to die. Later on he kept pushing turret while we were team fighting at the Nexus turrets and when someone confronted him, he laughed again and did nothing to help us. Eventually it just became a lost 4 v 5 because Zed just followed the enemy team who were loving that they somehow turned this mess around in their favor even saying they "have no idea" what we're talking about. While Vayne and Leona pushed our turrets, Zed just laughed at us while we hopelessly fought under the tower.

There's many other examples but you get the gist of it. Is there any method to use that can get this person banned sooner or at least warned for their behavior instead of me waiting around for nothing? Because I have in the past encountered an entire game of toxic people who threatened to report me just because I played an 'out of meta' support. Previously my experiences with it were fine so I went in thinking it'd be okay but it didn't. They all (my team and enemy) told me I was trash, uninstall, you suck, nobody cares about you, fuk off, nobody likes you. Guess what? I reported them all and still not a single indication from Riot that they were banned or even reprimanded for their actions in that game. I'm sorry for creating this rant of a discussion but after games with people who are the epitome of toxicity, I just need a quick way to know these people are being treated as they should.
