Not only is he ruining bot games for lower level players but he also recently went full movespeed rammus in a RANKED GAME. And not in the fun AP way but Righteous Glory, Talisman, Mobi's, Aether Wisp, and Deadman's. This guy was straight up trolling in a PvP.

How does this guy get past all the reports? I know we can't name and shame but someone, a goddamn Rioter needs to get in here and ban this guy immediately.

If they suddenly started playing coop vs AI and doing things out of character, it’s possible the account was hacked?

Regardless, the best way to get this to their attention is to submit a support ticket with the name and screenshots :)

How is he even trolling in that rammus game? all those items are quite decent on him imo. RG or talisman + speed ball + Deadmans is a damn good engage and about 90 armor which is amazing on rammus. Aether wisp builds into multiple items that you won't see on standard tank rammus, but he might use Ardent + stoneborn but more likely he's building Ludens which is a decent item on ap rammus. You say "And not in the fun AP way" and you're right, he's rushing resistances before going ap. on top of that he has 25 assissts and 3 kills, yeah sure he died 12 times but his score isn't that bad tbh.

if he contributed to 28 kills for his team while dying 12 times, im not exactly sure if you can truly call that trolling; movement speed is a crucial stat for Rammus and I think that fits more into the off-meta build category.

If there's anything I find suspicious about the coop vs AI, he did not get any movement speed items, which would make most sense if he was really trying to ruin others' games, and im very sure a platinum elo player would know that.

My wild guess is that his account got compromised by someone who has malicious intent against him n wants to get his account banned, but even then if he cant even take care of his own account and is doing nothing about it i think it's right to ban him

EDIT: just found out one of the wardens, Chermorg, is thinking the exact same thing

Why does his off meta build stand out to you as trolling? The other stuff is obviously understandable. The rammus game... why? It doesn't even matter if it's ranked. It's runes for gods sake. People can even forget to change them.

As for the others that should be looked at. And why would he be trolling AI games though?

Bots games: probably using a bot to farm IP. If he's not banned - it's probably because no-one reported him.

Ranked game: I fail to see why that's trolling. He had a significantly positive score and they won the game. Meta isn't the rules.

maybe he gave the account to his son and let him play aginst bots just maybe and that ranked game was him trying a new build that didnt work out. You can see that he had 25assists so he wasnt straight up trolling

To be honest, i don't think people cares if it happens in bot games, it's mostly just smurfs playing or players that have been banned and had to make new accounts

If I had to guess the reason he isn't caught is because he is playing co op's. Co op inting rules might be way looser then normal inting rules. It is meant for the newest of the newest players after all.

for the bot matches he prob has some script running it down mid for ip. The bot ai is so shitty that they occasionally int as well so I really dont think Riot is gonna care. As for that Rammus game, how about you let him build however the fuck he wants? Cuz 25 assists is feeding right? If that was a blitz you wouldnt have even said anything to begin with

Rammus game is most likely just a bad game.

For co op he is most likely using an IP farming bot. You get them every game nowdays because Riot doesn't care about those. Hell I used to do it like a year ago using a Soraka bot.

I played vs this guy today on my plat 2 account. He types "farming ip, dodge or lose". I was in the first ranked game he played today and he ran it down mid one time then just sat in midlane until they opened mid.
