One Way to Untilt Yourself After a Loss
MEMES! THE DNA OF THE SOUL!
No but in all seriousness, using jokes or humor to lighten the mood or just make the experience of losing sometimes a little less painful is really efficient. Screaming at the screen or smashing your keyboard won't help anyone but trying to make the best of a bad situation and turning it into a positive one helps everybody. Last game I had, I played as Singed who is arguably the worst top laner I ever played and fed my ass off. Was I mad? Slightly. Was my team flaming me? Somewhat. Did I feel like giving up and trolling? Absolutely. But I stuck through it to the end by sustaining myself through the glory of Singed's laughs. As the enemy team chased me, I would guffaw in joy as they ran into my poison. Sure I died at times but the scene of a laughing Singed being put down can make anyone chuckle, including myself.
By the time the game was over and I had lost, my team continued to flame me and the enemy had celebrated the unexpected 6 v 4 and congratulated me for being the worst Singed they had ever seen. Did I shout back in anger? Noooo. This is how it went down.
"I'm the worst Singed player you ever heard?" "Yes." "Yes." "Yes." "...But you have heard of me. :D" "XDD" "A+ Joke" My Vayne: "so fuckin bad" "its a game why you heff to be mad" "HAHA" "XDD"
In the end I turned it around and made the experience more enjoyable and accepted the defeat with grace and a little bit of joy. And you can too. Just try to find humor in the little things and don't get caught up in trying to be perfect. Look at the pro players and you'll see people like ROX Peanut laughing whenever something stupid happens to him or his teammate. Even at international events he can enjoy himself and not go screaming into the monitor after a loss. Just stay happy and keep going at it.
I wish you guys the best of luck, Happy meming!
