Do something about the amount of dodgers and afkers in champ select! (rant)

Seriously, I've been stuck in this loop of getting dodgers in every champ select I enter. If not dodger, it's an afker who sits there until the timer hits zero (new client maybe). I started searching thirty minutes ago and I still haven't gotten past the banning phase every time I found a match.
