Riot, what happened to the amount of reports, doesnt affect anything?

In my last game, i was report " 5 times in the past 20 games " And i only have, ONE GAME where i was so called "toxic" where in my opinion the worst thing i said was this. Thresh just called me and panth a noob for saving our inhibitor turret, i was 2/5, the turret staying up is more important than me living, so i go in, press r, e,w kill all the minions and push them back, panth ulted in as well, we both died, but our inhibitor turret was still standing. After thresh called me a noob, i said this. "Thresh i literally havent seen you hit a hook all game lmao" When in reality, i literally have not seen him hit a hook, its not like i said, thresh your so garbage you havent hit a hook your horrible, i didnt say anything demeaning to him, he called me a noob, i replied with, i mean, i havent seen you hit a hook yet.. And then the entire game, my entire team is flaming me, calling me bad, greifing, inting, i tp into a fight, kill 3 people, win us the game, what do they have to say in post game? that i dragged the game out and made us almost lose and im garbage and ladidadida, so i reply with, i did more damage than panth you and almost hec, sivir did the most damage on our team. but because i wanted to get objectives rather than aram it 5v5 down mid everytime were alive, i was greifing and toxic. I swear on my life the worst thing i said was "thresh i havent seen you hit a hook all game" And this is 2 week ban worthy? I want to know anyones reason behind arguing that it is in the comments, i want to hear all different sides to this, how is it 2 week ban worthy?
