Perma Bans Should Be Changed

Let me start this off with saying I AM NOT PERMA BANNED.

There are many options that should be given for punishment. People spend tons of money on this game (not me), and they get their accounts perma banned. Im seeing it left and right of people getting permad, I see people in gave abusing the report system for a simple "Why are you only farming jungler, gank a lane", when thats not even toxic.

Banning options for inting/afk/cheating: 1 month ban 5 month ban 10 month ban 1 year ban 10 year ban Then perma ban

Banning options for only being toxic: 1 month chat ban 5 month chat ban Perma chat ban

Players report players for their reason, so it should detect whether someone is inting cheat afking or just being toxic.

Thoughts?

I have tons of money put into my account and I've never been banned. Why is it so hard for other people?

Also this has been my account for years, I have other accounts I made to play with a friend, but this is my only level 30 and I don't play on the others at all.

This is what I don't understand, this is my crown jewel on league. I don't understand why it's so easy for other people to type when they're mad. I'm no saint, but I'd rather yell at my screen.

This just seems way to lenient. Like why give them so many chances? Let alone way too many options to mess up games. I mean the fact they get 6 chances to mess up your games just seems way too much. If it takes that long to finally get it through your head of what you are doing i feel really sorry for you.

Then of course the chat ban makes no sense. and seem a bit more harsher. I mean for most people communication is key. And they have already tried this method of permachat restriction. If it didnt work the last time, why would it work this time around? Then of course you dont seem to understand that both can happen at the same time. So whats going to happen when someone is toxic and trolls. or goes through the chat restriction process then becomes a troll? Now you are basically giving them about 8 chances to ruin the game for other people.

Let alone the fact that you are basically encouraging people to make new/smurf accounts and let them wait out their punishment which in turn is just basically giving them more chances to be toxic/troll!

I like the fought off a 1-month ban or 1-year ban, but 2 and above years is just like a perma.

I think cheating should be a perma ban. Why would they give mercy to cheaters? They are usually the ones that never learn. For the other offences, however, I think there should be like a 6 month ban for a second last chance then permanent ban (including chat offences)
