Was not given remake option during game. Player was disconnected from the start. Couldn't remake.

I was told by a message from Riot that I needed to post this here. I originally posted it in help & support.

If someone could look into this please. Our team was completely dumbfounded on why we couldn't remake this game. The ADC never connected, never bought any items, and all throughout the stat lines were 0's for damage dealt, taken, etc.

First blood didn't happen until after 5 minutes, and at minute 3 I wasn't able to execute a remake command. If this is a bug, I hope it gets fixed in the future, because it was a terrible way to lose and a big waste of time and everyone's future time for the LP lost.

I have no beef with this player and I have no desire to get them banned. I'm sure it was just a one-off problem and that's not what this is about. I am merely trying to investigate the failure of the remake system, and hopefully help get it fixed for the future. All of the conditions appeared to be met for a remake, yet it would not let my team remake.
