[CLIENT][LEVELING] Player-Earned XP Missing From Client If Enemy Team Surrenders (NA)
When a game ends due to an enemy surrender, No observable XP is given to the winning team in the client. However, the team that surrenders a game is still awarded some XP. XP awarded does not appear to be accurate, but further testing required.
Game modes bug observed on 1). Normal (Blind Pick) 2). Ranked (Solo/Duo)

The issue was noticed when I was playing with a friend who had purchased XP boosts on his level 25 alt-account to practice Jungle on and play on his stream. He was trying to get to level 30 to play ranked. We had won a game that should have given him enough XP to earn level 26, but instead, he did not gain much EXP. He did earn some, but not as much as you would expect. I took some screenshots of his client before and after the game. The XP bar does seem to move, but it does not move as far as I expected.
Variables/Additional Info - In all of the games listed above, I was queued together with a friend - It also appears to take effect in solo queue games - I do not know how XP is calculated to be certain that what he received or I received is incorrect - Majority of games were Platinum-Diamond Elo - The post-game screen was not cross-checked for the same issue (did not notice problem until observing XP Bar and Match History)
