i got a CR but no card that tells me why

yo, i had a game with 4 premades, i was adc and my supp went afk after 5 minutes so i was 1v2 and i asked the jungler to help me, he said "what do u want sucker" so i snaped and decided to duo jungle with him xD well after the game i was reported for verbal abuse! but i didnt flame, well i think i didnt, hard to tell these days what is considered flame. well i didnt use bad language and most of the time i spend with saying "i dont troll, i jungle" the thing is i got a chat restriction now, but no explanation why i got it :O how can i improve my behavior when i dont know what i did wrong D:

for all who say "u deserve worse for trolling" i can tell u that its not punishable to not play the meta as long as u play to win, and i did play to win, we lost ofc ;D

well atm i have the feeling that the number of reports is enough to get punished... feels bad D:

When you log in you should have your reform card pop up with the chat from some of the games that lead to your ban. I think you should also have an email with it as well.

It sounds like you should consider yourself lucky that verbal offenses are easier to detect than trolling though otherwise you would probably be banned. "i snaped and decided to duo jungle with him" is not playing outside the meta it is trolling your jungler and it seems very much like you know that.

It sounds like you know exactly why you got chat restricted. There should be a reform card that shows up each time you log into the game.

You should have also gotten a copy in your email as well.
