Falsely triggered Perma Ban

In previous tickets I had stated I was reforming. This game I believe falsely activated a review. I was toxic towards noone. I blamed noone but myself for the loss. I never gave up and tried to win this game throughout the entirety. And most importantly I tried to stop a flame war from happening on my team. This is from my perma ban chat logs, which I believed to have been wrongfully perma'd and this chat log confirms my case. If 33% of the evidence used against one to permanently ban them is false I believe that makes the perma ban not deserved. This ban also came after 100 games played from my 2 week ban, if this is one of the worst 3 games from since my 2 week ban have I not reformed? I will go line by line and examine this chat log. I was botlane. I am not blaming anyone but me.) Jhin cleaned up again) Dennisan: get to the jhin (@ Fiddle, I was still trying to win) Dennisan: yep (Someone got caught) Dennisan: run (Someone else was with them and was running lol) Dennisan: fiddle we cant walk in the jungle (Again fiddle was flaming about how bad we all are and that we needed wards. in the jungle) Dennisan: they are wasting baron (They won so I guess they didn't) Dennisan: lmfao (1 shot) Dennisan: GG bot (Letting Jhin know he was great) Dennisan: just report fiddle and move on :) (I told morg this to try and prevent her from tilting in games down the road. She was harassed all game by this player and if I was in her shoes I would've been furious.)

 I do not know what more you could want from a player, I tried to stop conflict from occurring within the team and keep us all united against the enemy. Even as fiddle was flaming I tried to keep a positive head and try to win the game. I also believe I prevented Morgana from flaming as I reminded her that reporting him was an option because he was constantly belittling her. After this game I reported this fiddle and received the Instant Feedback report while I was in que. I felt good about my actions because I helped prevent an issue from escalating further than necessary. Little did I know I would be punished for my actions. 
  I will be posting this to the boards as well and will see how the community feels. I may be out on a limb here and this will be my last post regarding my permanent ban. However with the hundreds of hours and hundreds of dollars invested in this game being permanent banned for trying to prevent my team from all flaming back at an extremely toxic player is saddening. 
 Also if you believe the system was not in the wrong and this was extremely toxic behavior, can you point out what exactly I said that was toxic?
