What to do when you're last or first into Champ select?

So this has happened quite a lot and I know few might say it's happened to them too, but why is it if you're the last one in someone(or more of them) thinks they have the right to tell you what role and lane you play. I understand they "called" it first but really? This is a teamwork game. You're supposed to work with your teammates not dominate them. I understand the need for leadership by some and I look past that but who are you to decide a person's position just cause they came in last? I've always waited for the last person to came in and adjust to which role everyone wants to play and what lane. Yes I'll argue with some and told them I'm not going to play support or top or whatever, but most the time the people I play with are cool and we compromise so everyone gets to have fun. No one has any fun if they're stuck with the lane or role they didn't want or suck at doing. Other times though I'll get paired up by someone who MUST HAVE the mid lane! It's not that hard to adjust and play solo top if someone doesn't want to play you're stupid dictated support role. Maybe I'm wrong and you're supposed to bully the last unlucky person into playing the role they suck, despise, or downright doesn't feel like playing at the moment. What's everyone else thoughts? Am I being too nice or something?

Pick Order is officially supported by Riot, but you're right, communication and teamwork should come first and relying on Pick Order should be used only when there is a disagreement. People that refuse to work with their team and ignore pick order aren't doing it right. Blind Pick is bad for this because it's really easy for people to just lock in their choice and not care what the people above them wanted, which is why I always suggest Draft Pick or Team Builder instead.

When they implement the new Champ Select, roles won't be an issue anymore and people that ignore what they're given will be easily detected for punishment by the system (though if you want to trade roles you still can). They will have versions of the new Champ Select for most or all modes later on.

For now, if someone wants to steal your role and says they'll troll otherwise, your best option is to screenshot dodge and report (in a support ticket) or to just work with them however much you dislike it so they don't troll to increase your odds of winning (and report them at the end game screen).

Oh and yes I know there is always team builder but there's two reasons I don't use it. One: I end up waiting waaaay too long to get paired up with any body. If it takes longer than 5 mins to find one match I'm out. Two:Not everyone is lvl 25 and above yet and I'm including them into this discussion. They need to be heard in this too!

it is true who has the right to decide for us why cant we all just have something that makes us all comfortable to play

Blind pick and people "calling" their roles is a freakin nightmare i stay as far away from it as i can.

Pick Order is for those scenarios, but everyone understands pick order wrong. Pick order is what order you pick in. Not what order you are listed in.

B1 --> P1/P2 --> B2/B3 --> P3/P4 --> B4/B5 --> P5

That is the pick order. The two players who pick at the same time are the same in pick order. If they are the ones fighting for a role, it's a game of quick draw. Whoever locks in first gets it. P1 and P2 have the SAME pick order.
