Survey to be allowed to enter the game.

When I moved in a student residence, I had to take a survey to check my ability to live in community.

Why wouldn't there be such a thing to be allowed to play League? This, plus a serious analyze of behavior during every game. IDK it might sound dumb but every time I play I'm trying to find a way to fix the issue of toxic players, because I like the game but I always end up angry in the end, angry, upset or stressed. This is a game, this shouldn't be that way.

So you lie on the survey, enter game, and go back to being a dick lol.

Seems like a waste of time.

Having to apply to play a game would just deter people from playing the game whether they are toxic or not, they want to play they don't want to have to think "oh what if I answer the question wrong".

Then say they do fill it in and get rejected, do they get to do it again? They could just change there answers to get in the game. Or maybe they accidentally clicked a yes instead of no, and do deserve to play the game but now can't. That is why this won't work.

The only way riot can reduce the toxicity is by enforcing the rules, they should also make them more noticeable, on the screen once they log in, in the loading screen of games (the "Did you Know") and by enforcing the punishments, at every offence.

But than then brings the problem of someone having a bad day, they snap once in the game, and now they have to be punished. This is why toxicity is a problem, what may seem like the right thing to do, can also be the wrong thing to do.

There is already. It's when you agree to the Summoners Code.

Also, Universities are notorious for doing shit that is a waste of time/makes zero practical difference just so they can leave a paper trail that says "See, we tried to address this.", in case they get sued.
