Irritating Draven to play with

I was playing a game (admittedly, it was bot, so not technically as big a deal) where I was adc Jinx, and my lane partner decided to be Draven. Immediately he started taking CS, and several times when I was about to kill he would take it. Then, five minutes into the game he went mid. He never showed up except when an enemy was weak or I had died but taken most of the enemy's health. I was forced to sit in lane holding off a Jinx and Morgana, all on my own, and knew that if I moved the Draven would get mad at me. When I told him to come bot, he said it didn't matter. I know it's just a bot game, but people need to think about how their actions will make others feel.
