Who is to blame for dynamic queue?

A simple question,..... who at riot is responsible for this decisison ?

you did 1 major things wrong.. you took the soloq-mmr for dynamic-que (which is more like 5n5) so you replaced soloq with dynamic-queue.

but now you say that soloq will be release at mid/end of april. but with what mmr?.... the "real"-soloq-mmr is already gone (dynamic queue) so what mmr is gong to be used your soloq ?

The question is wrong to begin with, since if you really want to pin down the source of blame, you won't find it among riot.

Dynamic queue attempts to give players the roles they desire, but if there has never been conflict/issues with role picks then this isn't necessary. In other words, if trolls that instantlock, say "mid or feed", harass teammates due to overlapped roles, etc never existed to begin with, then this feature probably wouldn't have been introduced. If anything, it's the community that's to blame, and riot's simply trying to sort things out in their best yet imperfect manner - which they may be reluctant to do so but decide to regardless since it's been years and community hasn't improved in that aspect at all.

lol Can't release a system that already exists until 3-4 months later. Ouch, obviously they don't like solo-queue anymore.

Blame? What?

Just because you don't like it doesn't mean someone needs to be blamed. Talk like that is what comes out of ragers in game. There's always someone to blame, right?

Wrong.

I personally like the challenge of possibly going alone against a five with four randoms, helps me IMPROVE.
