Does threatening peoples accounts count as breaking the rules?

In my last ranked game we had an Ekko whom throughout the game talked about how he was going to "close" our accounts within the next 2 weeks. After the game he started talking about things and I quote "bgf 9 shared rep, expect 2 weeks" and "well u just won a 240k shared report" and "go silver with ur next account, this one will get closed within 2 weeks". He then tells us to try a script that he says "wokrs like a charm" (Again, quoting. I can't imagine spelling like that and pressing enter afterwards) implying that he scripts. So does this count as "Using 3rd Party Programs"? I have screenshots of everything he said, but won't post them because these may not be rule breaking statements, and I don't want to post slander.

It's hard to tell exactly what he's doing (sounds like he was breaking several rules), but yes, this behavior is definitely punishable. As long as you reported it after the match you've done your part.

Yes, it's reportable toxicity, but you should send it in a support ticket instead of posting it here.
