Banned again for failure to Ban

can you guys make it a little bit more obvious that it's your turn to ban, I just got Banned from the game for 30 minutes ... again ..... because I took the time to respond to a txt. Got my music pumping, game music, is it so much to ask you give a stronger que that it's your turn to ban or Maybe just Hand over the ban rights to a Differen't Guy if buddy doesn't ban, or Maybe you know NOT kick the guy out of the game because he doesn't care who is banned I mean really I don't wanna ban a single champion it's stupid.

It never pops up for me either. I usually notice when I hear the THUMP THUMP THUMP of the last 5 seconds or so, then I have to hastily alt tab back and be like ok first champ I see....... Taric is a good ban, i guess... I miss when it popped up.
