How long does it generally take for a behavior specialist to respond to a ticket?
Just wondering because mine is sure taking a while. I sent it in two days ago.

First answer is always automated. The second reply is most of the time automated as well.
THE THIRD TIME is an actual rioter answering you. Each reply could last up to a week to be answered.
