lVXyzuKdbJ1 votesSo a long time ago Riot had a system for perma-banned players that if they could level a new account 1-20 without any infractions then they would get their account back. I understand it had a low success rate and that's why they took it out.

Meh idk, I feel like reforms don't work in games like these, I think the bans/restrictions work better. I think a better reward system for not being toxic works better.
