[removed by moderation] and they arent getting punished at all. nunu is still playing because he inted first blood and disconnected, and just because he had only one death it was counted as a leaver not int

and then the noc might have gotten chat restricted but i havent recieved any client message about it

best part is that when you go to make a support ticket u are greetted with a bot blitzcrank that isnt a human and just gives an automatic response with a link to request a actual human but when i click it all i get is this message https://imgur.com/a/s1s6N2c

and i cannot request a human. this system is currently fucked and i dont like it

Also, the blitzbot message is there to let you know that the report has been received, not to say that they aren't doing anything about it.

You won't always get a notification from the IFS if someone is punished. When you clicked the request a human, the request most likely went through, it's just in the back of the queue. Give it two or three days for someone to get to it.

Thus you already requested a human for the ticket.

Riot will not tell you the result of the reports.

Your only real option is to move on.

If the othe person is still playing it just means Riot didn't see enough evidence to issue a punishment.

That's not uncommon for feeding. Riot won't punish people for mistakes, low skill or because someone just got salty. If there is no history of inting and another possible explaination (i.e. he lagged out, couldn't stop/change direction/ attack an enemy, and quit to try and fix it), what look like inting... wasn't.

While theoretically, inting is possible to get banned for one game of inting, the reality is, most of the time there has to be an identifiable pattern across multiple games.
