can we make a more severe punishment for intentional feeders

i just finished a game where our teammate wanted to play yi but it was banned so he went nuts and went ww and just suicided 3 times before the game began. he dint seem to care since he was good the past few games. can theyre be a really harsh punishment for walking straight into the enemy tower 4 times in a row. this is a rank placement game btw
