As others have stated, please keep direct reporting to support tickets (as you have done) and not on the Boards. I have went ahead and snipped out the Summoner name from your post.
Name and shame is not allowed, nobody cares, nobody here will ever encounter them.
Consider playing a different game if one person makes you react this strongly.
