Had a game with a high elo player who kept flamming, trying to taunt me and told me that..

¨i have contacts i'm gonna get you banned¨ (he was very mad)

I'm posting this here hoping from a response from riot on that subject; i want to know who was wrong in this situation and why. If it is possible to do that i can send my info if needed. I'm interrested in the league comunity and would like to know if i crossed the line when i got mad at him (even tough i got pushed to do it).

Also; i didn't keep track of the changes with the punishment system latelly, is there any change on the way for the system?
