Missing champion names and clubs when looking at the scoreboard (holding tab)
I noticed it this patch i believe. It happens constantly but not to everyone (i can see 2-3 names usually).

Happens to me too, I think it happened to me before the patch came through as well, but not too sure on that.
have you tried going in option deactivating it apply clsoe options reopen and reativate?
