Why is it, that a month AFTER my ban, I still can't get loot? I'm tired of being the reason people get loot, but not getting it for myself. What is the official time limit before I can buy loot? Because I'll be sure not to waste my time or money on this game until it's passed said time limit.
After some reading, it's apparently 3 months per tier. So in my case, 9 months before I can earn loot. Riot, it's a game, and you're out of your fucking mind.

i had a chat restriction about 3 weeks ago. after that punishment and even during that punishment i was friendly and encouraging. i started earning again about a week ago. as long as you're not toxic or anything of the sort you will be considered reformed. i don't think that'll happen if you don't play though.
i heard from ppl who were reformed after not even 20 games. must be you still being a neutral/bad person not a nice one.
also hextech is a free way to get free champs/skins for ppl who deserved it.

The thing about this comment is, Hextech isn't even about you using your money; In fact, it's Riot's good natured way of offering paid content for absolutely free with a little effort, just for simply doing good at playing the game. If you believe that you should be just given things for free, you're very much taking this company for granted, especially since you played the game just as well before the Hextech system was implemented. The only difference here is that Riot has now integrated a punishment system into the game that actually matters, so as long as you turn around your behavior, you can be on their good side. Be nice, get honors from your teammates, and avoid being a total troll to people on teams.
You got a 2 week ban and you think you are entitled to hextech loot? Hextech loot is meant to reward good players.
