Getting banned due to language and why it's BS.

You log into the game. You queue up for whichever game you want to play, and you get into champ select. Say you're not high enough to play draft, so you go blind and pick mid. You lock in your champ, and then you get a Zed who auto locks AFTER you call mid, and lock in as Kat. You have 2 choices. You can either leave, and avoid a shitty 40 minute game of feeding, or you can just deal with it like Riot expects you to, and report him for wasting 40 minutes of your time on an unwinnable game. Now. Let's go through that again. You go into a game, and you get in game with no auto locks, and no problems. You get terrible team mates. You can again, Leave, or just be forced to play with said bad team mates who refuse to surrender, regardless of there being no hope of a win. It's bullshit that you get banned for being toxic, when you have a choice to listen to peoples chat. There IS an ignore button. But Riot caters to babies, and bans you for using words they dislike, instead of forcing people to you know, use the ignore button for what it's intended for. Instead, Riot wants you to sit in a game with a jungle who has no idea how to jungle, and refuses to take advice. They want you to play these shitty games, and force you to waste 40 minutes at a time with terrible players. Either you can stop banning people for using foul language, and enforce the ignore button. Or you know, you could give us an out when you get stuck with terrible players and you're stuck in a game because 2/5 won't vote yes. 3/5 is still majority. Give us a 3/5 ability to vote a surrender, because I'm sick and tired of getting in trouble for being toxic, but Riot expects me to sit here in a 45 minute game only to lose, because there is 0 hope.
