Riots attention to toxic chat is retarded. When TWO games of toxic chat gets me 14 day ban, and on my Smurf Unique Sauce I INTENTIONALLY FEED OVER 15 GAMES gets me a 13 day ban.
Something is wrong with your player behavioral punishments.

Really? To me at least, it appears the punishments are getting doled out appropriately.
I highly suggest curbing your attitude or you'll end up having to level a new account, bud.
There is no such thing as 13 days ban. It says 13 days cause 1 days passed since ban was issued
In regards to chat-based offenses, things like hate speech, death wishes and racist comments and the like are subject to an immediate 14-day ban without prior chat restrictions due to Riot's zero-tolerance policy of that kind of behavior.
In regards to gameplay based offenses, things like intentionally feeding and trolling and the like are subject to an immediate 14-day ban without prior punishments due to chat restrictions being useless in that regard in of terms of discouraging that kind of behavior.
