If you want to pay money, why not just start a new account and re-buy all your content?

And permaban people had like 3 chances to redeemed themselves before their permaban (5 game chat restrictions, 20 game chat restrictions & 14 days suspension). So no.

That would completely defeat the point of banning someone.

No, you can't. The amount of money spent during the life of the account also won't affect your ban.

Sure, for your account back in full you can pay

You have way too much free time

i actually agree with the idea of a bail system.

1st permaban 50$

2nd permaban 150$

3rd permaban you're out.

however, for an entire season. you are escalated to permaban status on the next punishment. with no decay for an entire year of activity on the account.

Fixing the legal system, one permaban at a time.

I'm slightly more concerned with something else other than whether or not your idea should be implemented - your lack of comprehension to the English language and our legal system.

Bail allows you to pay for the release of someone while they are awaiting trial; meaning BEFORE that person is convicted. Having a banned account means the trial, judgement and punishment have already been passed. There's no such things as bails for those who have been found guilty. Your comparison to real life makes absolutely no sense.
