I am wondering if mklol / mkjogo is bannable? because I heard that it was bannable because of the jungle timer but since it is implemented into the game already is it still bannable? also I only want to use the skins on it to test them out so yea pls help.

Custom skins themselves don't typically provide any gameplay benefit, while timers for actions not even displayed to the player most definitely do. If the program has any sub-feature which provides an unfair advantage, the entire program is off limits even if you aren't using that feature.
