"We lost, idc anymore"

I hear that a lot when we can win a game with a decent teamfight and this guy is just running around the enemy jungle spamming chat with grieving and careless feeding. It's not intentional feeding, but it sure as hell is on purpose.

When you run into enemy jungle camps and admit that you just want out of the game because I guess the pressure of a game that isn't a stomp is too much you should be punished, but I don't think IFS knows what to do about that exactly.

Regardless of whether they can or can't be punished, what really matters is that lately a game isn't winnable unless it's a stomp. If it's even slightly hard to win everyone just fucking gives up and I can't help but wonder why they play at all.

I play co op vs ai when I want to stomp the riot balance team (they're real life players posing as bots) but in ranked you gotta give a little more than all or nothing.

I think it's that people have gotten the idea of the snowball game so embedded, they think one setback means recovery is impossible. Unfortunately, when those people give up, they essentially make it a self-fulfilling prediction and turn what could have been an overall close game or even a win into a stomp loss.

Their giving up simply reinforces an already existing belief they can't come back and win from [insert scenario].

I had a game where I was with an Ashe ADC that could CS well, but she was awful at everything else. She would just face tank minions, chase the enemy ADC taking minion aggro and get 3v1'd from roams or ganks because she ignored vision. I tried speaking to the ADC as politely as I could and told her to stop taking minion damage but I got no response. I gave up and went to other lanes to try and help them. The jungler was a bit too aggressive but not completely bad, and the top and mid swain and diana were both doing great.

We did really well in mid game and late game but the Ashe got tilted and decided to never participate in any team fight on purpose and never help with any objective. We did win in the end and I got an A+ and a chest on Soraka, but the game dragged on for an hour because of the Ashe, and we could have lost. I didn't report the Ashe because I don't know what Riot's policy is on this.
