Can you report this as "afk" / will the leavebuster recognize it?

important note i just play an ARAM!!!

so we lost... it was 48 kills for the enemys and 32 for us. we had mf urgot kassadin malz and me as sona. enemys had ahri corki nami ziggs and vel

malz stats were 2/4/3 and he did the lowest dmg (sitenote i went full mr cdr sona just to spam heals and did more dmg than him) malz was part of 5 kills out of 32 because most of the time he was standing behind the tower doing nothing. a lot of time not even dodging. he was typing a lot. not flaming more the "guys get mr" stuff.

all of us had short/er range than malz with his skills. still he was 4k dmg lower than me the full tank sona! and part of 5 kills out of 32... does this count as being "afk"? not sure what to report this guy for.
