So I just got the fabled congrats for banning someone screen

Now I dismissed it right away cuz I feel bad... Look the guy did the whole flame charade and all of the other steryotypically toxic shit (stealing farm ect) but think about this...

I didn't just mute him

I didn't flame back

I even didn't ask anyone else to report him...

I just asked him how he felt

Asked him to be responsible for his actions

And told everyone on the other team that he had apologized.

He got banned after that... but before the server kicked him he added me and apologised personally and told me that he does have some anger issues (which he hinted that in his game speech) and personally I can relate.

I would be the same if several people along the way never bent over and scooped me up, and I know many of you don't understand what it is like when people grab you from the dumps but please

I pay it forward, if anyone has done well by you when you have been in terrible shape pay the favour forward to someone else.

We say we have a toxic community, when we ourselves are a part of it.

Toxicity is everyone's problem and thus everyone's responsibility, not just Riot's or the 9 other players in the next game

If they get were to get permanently banned it wouldn't be because of 1 game, it would be because of many, many games of toxicity. If they were actually sorry for their actions they would have learned form the first chat warning, or chat restriction, or 14-day suspension.

Good job! One less toxic scumbag triggering victims and giving them PTSD in the game! I agree. Toxicity is everyone's problem, and the only way to solve it is to using rito's report system to full affect. Say it with me!

Here's a brilliant idea. Stop fucking reporting people unless you are 100% certain you want them permanently removed form the game. Because that is what the button is supposed to be for. Not a "they've hurt my feelings give them a slap on the wrist" button. Riot isn't your mom it's not their job to protect your feelings. You have mute buttons use them if your that sensitive. If Riot invested half the money it spends trying to protect your feelings back into the development of the game. Maybe it wouldn't be the buggy piece of crap its become.

Yeah...I used to get reported all the time bc I had some serious anger problems, flipped my lid on idiots every other game...still get pissed but not anymore. Is harsh bc the real reason most ppl are "toxic" is getting sick of trolls or other assholes/ having a really bad day/game streak.
