recent everyday trolls i encounter

for the past few days i've encountered a lot of players simply picking Nunu with ghost and cleanse without writing anything in the chat and run it down mid without reason... on top of that another teammate that had had enough joins him and basically i can't have a normal game. I request instabans on anyone that does that.
