riots useless baning system

just played with game with a top lane yasuo who went 0/11/0 56 cs in 18 minutes and a Rengar jungle who went 0/11/0 and 10 cs and they both added after game so show me they would not get banned because riot doesn't care. just lost 5 ranked games in a row from promos down to 3 LP with at least a afker after 5 minutes or 1 to 2 people on my team having 10+ deaths. They say climb your way out of elo hell, well I want to know when did climbing mean carrying 4 other people to Gold+ in order to climb? I've done 64k champ dmg as mid lane Ziggs and lost the game because Riot does nothing to people for throwing and just wondering around the map do nothing but dying. Riot says they are more worried about the toxic players, well you know what, PERMA BAN the feeders and troll and there will be a TON less toxic people. most people are only toxic because of bad plays and really bad plays. Having your jungler die to jungle mobs 5 times in 1 game should be a ban right there. Don't know if I'm aloud to posts names in here so msg me if I can please

Riot absolutely does care about players intentionally ruining games, it's just very difficult to prove in most cases that a player is doing so intentionally, which is extremely important; you can't just ban a player for having a really bad game because it looks like he was throwing. Players who use offensive chat are punished more frequently simply because chat is very easy to check for (and it's more common).

And no, you can't report or shame players on the boards, it's against the Universal Rules. Please use the post-game reporting for this, and if you have to report something outside of the game or something very extreme (such as a threat on someone's life) you can submit a Support Ticket under the category I have a question > Game & Features > General Questions.

Also, I recommend not adding toxic players after a match. More often than not they just want to keep being toxic.

yeah i clicked to add them and seen it was them and blocked them. and i wasn't sure under the behavior and moderation. and 0/11/0 and 10cs in 18 minutes as rengar jungle is easy to prove. and yasuo 0/11/0 is pretty easy to prove. it doesn't have to be a perma ban unless it happens a few times but if you can not learn to play safe and stop engaging and forcing fights and getting killed every time there has to be a point where they tell you to stop playing for 2 days, a week, 2 weeks whatever and hopefully if that person is just bad at games. he was watch a few games and try to learn before returning to rank. Or over feeding like this is a ban from rank this way bad players can still play normal and learn to get better.
