What is passive-aggresive?

People say this a lot but since I didn't grow up with this concept I have no clue what passive-aggressive is or what constitutes. I would like some help understanding this concept that has eluded my vocabulary for so much time.

EDIT: So for what I understand is being sarcastic and giving indirect insults?

EDIT 2: I think I get it. Is indirect hostility right?

Snide comments on someones gameplay intended to tilt him and cause negativity:

-Wish i had support who knew how to ward -How can someone possibly lose lane to Yasuo as Malzahar -If only there was Lux in this game who actually knew how to hit skillshots

Now, saying one of these things once is fine. But if your entire chat is consisting of stuff like these then it becomes problem.

This post is an example of passive aggressiveness. I think you understand it just fine.

pas·sive-ag·gres·sive adjective of or denoting a type of behavior or personality characterized by indirect resistance to the demands of others and an avoidance of direct confrontation, as in procrastinating, pouting, or misplacing important materials.......just in case it's not a troll post

More or less being sarcastic about a situation. An example would be if a support took a kill from an ADC, and the adc responds "Not like I needed the kill anyway, not at all" in a clearly sarcastic way.
