punishment for offensive name ?
After riot notices an offensive name and forces the player to change names after TempName , cant the player just change is back to the same name with a one letter difference?

i think thats one way get banned
They have to submit a ticket if they want to do it for free if it wasn't flagged for an automatic change, and support won't let them. If they keep changing their name to something offensive they'll end up banned.
