when someone calls me a %%% 2 times its ok but when i call him a dumbass back it is not, when a kha feeds and calls me a dumbass because i took 3 cs from his lane while there was no one there he doesn't get banned i do, when someone tells me im inting and i have the kda in the team and ask "im inting" and "?" in to different lines thats 100% not a question and a sign that im gonna feed im gonna feed.

Remove the instant feedback system and review the cases in which people are reported over 3 or more times in the same game.

i reported a inting kha and he didnt get punished but i did for calling him a dumbass while he did the same to me AND fed.

I didnt go bot in normals because im not good bot laner and i instantly get told im trolling and i get reported therefore im banned. a top laner calles me a %%%got 2 times and gets away with it while i called him a dumbass because i was told to go mid and someone else went mid.

I was report due to asking my team if i was inting at 4/9 kd with them being 2/9 or something worst.

That isn't ok, but it doesn't justify negative behavior on your part. Mute and report them, and don't become just another problem to the other players in the game.

When you get punished, it's because you've got a history of negative behavior being reported; if the other person isn't immediately punished that's usually because that behavior isn't the norm for them, as a case has to be built up before the system reviews it. As long as your reports are accurate they will contribute to building that case so they are eventually punished, if they continue that kind of behavior.

If you want to discuss your punishment I recommend posting the chat logs.

Starting shit AND continuing shit are both punished.

Honestly where am i gonna find someone who doesn't dodge question and fact also while giving intelligent answers to my exact question without changing the subject.

I have been following this thread for a while and this was the first thing that came to mind:

You're not going to be able to have a productive conversation unless and until you stop listening with you fear and actually pay attention to what the other person is saying. It will also help when you stop demanding that others tell you what you want to hear.

Your argument seems to boil down to "It frustrates me when people do the same things I do - or worse - and I'm the only one that gets in trouble." I hear you. That can feel pretty awful. It can be confusing, too.

What I feel you're missing is that Riot uses a frequency times intensity system to trigger reviews and punishments. That means being especially toxic, repeatedly toxic or some combination thereof is what triggers the review. Since you're not being overtly racist, sexist or homophobic, it's safe to assume you're being flagged for frequency. That means you're getting reported significantly more often than the average player. I, for example, am reported in less than 1 game in 50 and most of those are not considered valid (routine reviews of my in-game behavior are part of being an Arbiter).

If you want to discuss your chat logs, I will be more than willing to help you look for ways to be reported less often. In the meantime, what other people do and whether or not they have been punished is pretty irrelevant, as that stuff has no bearing on your account. Riot treats League like a movie theater: two people who get into it are both getting thrown out, regardless of the details or who started it.

Inting is not the same as feeding.

Feeding alone is not punishable.
