get hard troll & flamer in ranked, report him and matchmaking match us again. Two games ruined.

He flamed pretty hard my 13-4 Lux for no real reason, inted and made us lose the game after multiple "afk suicide". Me and my mate report him. Next game he's again with us. Ban my champ, try to take all my farm without doing his jungle, give free kills, call for report, etc, etc, etc. Classic behaviour. we managed to win god know how but he really ruined the game a second time. so:

1. Is it really reasonnable to puts people who just reported each other in the same team ? I mean i'm playing against golds, there is no lack of people.
2. He ruined two games, agressing me sepcifically, as a personal case. I won't have any return, any chance to confront him, nothing (unlike with irl justice).
3. You don't play one or two thousands of game without ever showing a bad behaviour and suddenly become the worst asshole, most toxic player. And despite he's still playing. So reasons are to believe he will probably just have a chat restriction or nothing. There are still quite a few problems with that community and punishements.

I won't put his name because I know it's not allowed, but I'm quite angry.
