I recently played a game in which my ADC declared in all chat that they were going to intentionally feed and to report them. Are they likely to be punished for this or will the system let them off? I don't really know how the automated system works for this.
depends on if it's a first offense or not. you can be banned or permabanned for intentionally feeding.

If he said he was in chat, then did it, then it's pretty sure he will be punished sometime.
they would still need to be reported first, so it isn't quite automatic.
