Player Perpetuating the Stereotype.

So this guy was a level 26 summoner playing Yasuo. In the end of game chat, their GP was saying to report him for toxicity. I never saw anything in all chat so I left the post game results, where the Yasuo promptly adds me, and spews this shit at me for no apparent reason.

I wonder if he's a smurf, or is just not aware that he's continuing the stereotype. Is there a way to report him or something out of the post game results?
