How can I regain my honor?

I was honor 5 in August, probably was in the 0.1 % that reached lvl 5 the fastest, but I lost it all when I got banned( told a Teemo"kys", it happens).I got banned two weeks and when I came back I had to play some matches so my honor can be unblocked( was honor lvl 0, but I couldn't receive the honor).The thing is that I get like 6 honor/10 matches(did the math), but I'm still fckin lvl 0, how can that be? Welp, I don't really care about the honor that much anymore, the thing I want the most is the capsule, cuz I want keys, got 10 Boxes and 1 key frag and I really don't want to buy RP.
